Work with families in need, especially those impacted by disability. Help by educating schools and parents and helping them access services and facilitating support groups. Volunteering at local special needs organisations.
You need to have a heart for promoting reconciliation and hope, and for reaching people in this war-scarred country. Requirements You have experience (professional or personal) of supporting children and families impacted by disability. Willing to be creative, flexible, and patient. Willing to spend time building relationships with locals across all ethnicities. Be willing to learn a challenging Slavic language – and all 3 versions used by the local community. Willing to work within a challenging environment.
