In WEC we value people and desire to see followers of Jesus in all cultures and languages, this requires learning, adapting to and valuing the culture and language of where we go. We know this takes time so we aim to stay as long as possible and trust that God in his time will bring forth the fruit from our work.

If you are considering going for longer than two years, whether that is using your profession or doing something new. Being a part of WEC ensures that you have the preparation and on-going support to last through the challenges of living in a cross-cultural environment and enjoy the journey.

In country member care from the moment you touch down at the airport.
