The Modular Study Group (MSG) is a hybrid education programme that combines the strengths of homeschooling, online learning and traditional classroom instruction for children of missionaries. Students gather at a central location for one week each month, nine times per year, before returning home to continue their studies.

MSG in a South East Asian country is looking for Dorm Parents to provide care, supervision and encouragement for a small group of 3–5 students. This role plays an important part in creating a safe, supportive and Christ-centred environment where missionary children can thrive academically, socially and spiritually.

Dorm Parents serve as trusted adult role models, helping students develop healthy routines, positive relationships and personal responsibility while they are attending their monthly modules. They contribute to the strong sense of community that is one of the significant strengths of the MSG programme.

This is a rewarding opportunity to invest in the lives of missionary children and support families serving across Laos by helping provide quality educational and community support through the MSG programme.

Ability to provide pastoral care and supervision
