The vision of WEC's team in Japan is to see vibrant, indigenous and reproducing churches flourishing in Japan, transforming its society and mobilised for missions.
Our focus on planting reproducing churches, that prioritise discipleship, in strategic and under-churched areas, and in the training of leaders and mobilising Japanese Christians for missions.
They aim to raise up potential leaders and help to develop Japanese church leadership and to train and equip Christians to minister and to be an influence in their community, work place and church.
This ministry focuses on building relationships, sharing the gospel and nurturing a local church.
Families with young children are especially encouraged to apply to engage with a nearby primary school.
