Home School Teacher (712)

We are a family looking for 2 young women or a married couple (Ages 18-30) to come together to school our two boys (grades 2 &4) for 3 months. A curriculum is provided. It will involve teaching 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. You would live in a nearby furnished apartment guesthouse so you have your own space. The only preparation you would have is preparing games or crafts on a week by week basis.

You would be part of our weekly life in other ways as well, though we would operate as separate households. You would provide child care during our meetings beyond school hours.

The boys need one on one attention. They are bright and a lot of fun.

You need to be 100% fluent in English. Some experience with children is required, but a teaching qualification is not necessary. Pastoral character references and an interview is required as well as a Police Check and Working with Children/Vulnerable People card. Stable emotional, physical and mental health is required. The country is a difficult place to live therefore peak performance is necessary.
