Midwife (632)

This role involves working alongside locally trained Gambian midwives. There are opportunities for teaching. You may be required to help out in outpatients, on the ward, on the CARE (HIV) side, in the dressing room, in the waiting hall, in the NCD clinic or managing the clinic stores, and administrative roles.

A qualified midwife with at least 1 year of experience.
Experience of work in a remote setting or without medical support would be helpful.
Flexibility and a willingness to try new ways of working is essential.
