The Executive Director of an NGO in Central Asia provides vision, strategic direction, leadership and management of the NGO in fulfillment of the vision and aims of the organisation, according to organisational values, and within the limits of the Operating Parameters as set by the Board.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English with an ability to communicate clearly and appropriately in cross-cultural contexts.
Be a strategic leader with the ability both to delegate responsibility and provide oversight in the management of strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, reporting, recruiting and publicity.
Have relevant qualifications at a degree level, or equivalent, as is required for local work permits.
