Computer Skills Teacher (62)

We would like to offer classes for Chadians wishing to learn how to use a computer, including basic software, and email programs. We now have a well equipped IT room.  Students will mostly be men, both Muslim and non-Muslim. Classes will be small with a maximum of 10 students per class. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and teaching the lessons. Though we keep a low profile at our Learning Center, there are usually opportunities to share the Hope we have with our students, whether in or out of class. Male teachers will generally have more opportunity to make contact with students outside of class.
Knowing French and/or Arabic is necessary. Teachers who stay for several months or more will be expected to learn some Chadian Arabic in Chad. Being part of the WEC team, they will be expected to be an integral part of the team with the goal of planting a mature, expanding church among the Eastern peoples of Chad.
