We need a receptionist and admin person who has a heart for missions and cross-cultural ministry, and enjoys working in a team environment. WEC
New Zealand, an interdenominational missionary organisation, is situated in Gordonton, Waikato. As well as providing member care and support to
our overseas workers, we run orientation courses for those wishing to join WEC and liaise with local churches in promoting missions and cross-cultural outreach. This is a full time voluntary position, and on site accommodation is available.

Job Description: Attend to visitors and deal with enquiries face to face, by phone and email. Office
administration and support, including maintenance of hard copy and electronic files, database management, ordering of stationery supplies and management of rosters.

Qualifications: Administrative skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy competence in typing, document processing and database management. Advanced English language level.
