Member Care and Personnel Worker (246)

This role would ideally suit a couple who have a passion for cross-cultural mission and who want assist those recruiting for mission across Melanesia. You would be based in Port Vila, Vanuatu and provide member care, resourcing and
encouragement for our Ni-Van Associate workers and mobilisers. Orientation would be done in Fiji.
Qualities: You have a good understanding of WEC's faith values and passion, and can quickly gain knowledge of our range of ministries around the world. You enjoy relating to and conversing with church leaders.
You are fluent in English. Some short-term cross-cultural experience with WEC and spiritual maturity are advantageous.
