The Arts Release UK Team Leader is a major role. You will oversee the Arts Release ministry in the UK, part of WEC's growing cross-cultural arts ministry. The primary role is to lead the team, to oversee those who relate to Arts Release in the UK, and to develop the scope of the work in the UK. The role involves communicating, networking, caring and strategising. Qualifications: Cross-cultural missions training and experience vital, preferably with an arts focus. Leadership experience. A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ethnodoxology training needed, before or soon after appointment. Full orientation to WEC is required.
