Gifts and Donations.

General Terms.
WEC International Ltd, is a public company limited by guarantee and registered as a charity by the ACNC.

By donating to WEC International or its projects or members, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not send any gift or donations. These terms and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time.

All donations are received in good faith as a freewill donation. Gifts to WEC International and its members are NOT tax deductable.

Gifts and donations to a designated project are for the use as determined by the project’s objects or purposes.

Gifts and donations to WEC members are directed to the bank account as advised by the member every month wholly and without any administration charges or fees, except for 3rd party bank of finance fees outside of WEC International’s control.

Where the member or project is overseas, we will direct all gifts and donations through Western Union Wire.

Any gifts or donations that are unable to be directed to the designated purpose will be returned or redesignated in consultation with the donor.

WEC International is unable to accept any gift or donation for any person or project that is not related to WEC International or its associated organisations worldwide.

Regular Donations.
Regular donations are accepted and processed by our Direct Debit Service provider as direct debits to bank accounts or credit cards under the Direct Debit Service provider’s own terms and conditions.

Your Obligations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account. Dishonour fees will apply if a direct debit is refused by your financial institution. You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct.

Changes and Cancelations.
Changes or cancelations to a direct debit agreement should be in writing to finance@wec.com.au at least 5 business days before the next direct debit is due to ensure the request is actioned in time.

Refunds for gifts and donations or purchases.
Requests for refunds should be directed to finance@wec.com.au with a reason for the refund request.

Online Book Shop

General terms and methods of payment
All website orders must be paid using the payment gateway provided at the time of purchase. The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. The goods remain the property of WEC International until full payment is received.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect.

All prices include GST and regular postage by Australia Post.

Refunds for gifts and donations.
Requests for refunds should be directed to finance@wec.com.au with a reason for the refund request.


All complaints, grievances and disputes will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation or purchase, you should notify us directly on and confirm that notice in writing or by email at finance@wec.com.au as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly. Any issues should be directed to WEC International. in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
