Worldview Centre For Intercultural Studies is a ministry of WEC. Worldview's courses are fully accredited - but it's not meant to be a normal theological institution!
Worldview is an learning community for people committed to being part of God’s work in the world, and is committed to preparing people like you to reach the Unreached Peoples of this world. Worldview therefore places emphasis on integrated learning that develops you as a whole person: seeking to promote growth in every area of your life.
Studying at Worldview will stretch your boundaries in:
Developing a passion for Jesus and a relationship with God: This is paramount
Prayer: This is a daily reality, not just an add-on
Reaching unreached peoples and planting churches: This is central to the whole program and lifestyle
Cultural diversity: The Worldview community is enriched by including people from many cultural backgrounds
‘Hands On’ experience in outreach/teaching ministries: It's part of life for every student and staff member
Studying and living together as a family: Married couples can undertake the full program, with full child care facilities being provided
The Worldview program doesn't only mean being involved in academic study and outreach but also in a variety of experiences which enable your Christianity to be practical and flexible in meeting real life situations.
Think about this: There is a significant correlation between missionary specific preparation and retention of missionaries in fruitful long term service.
