In WEC we value people and desire to see followers of Jesus in all cultures and languages, this requires learning, adapting to and valuing the culture and language of where we go. We know this takes time so we aim to stay as long as possible and trust that God in his time will bring forth the fruit from our work.

An international community of around 1900 WEC members working in multi-cultural teams with shared experience, skills and passion.
In country member care from the moment you touch down at the airport.
Home based member care that works in partnership with your church.
